The term is not restricted to those individuals who take the centre stage and compete for Olympic medals. We believe everybody should be able to squat, lunge, press, pull, dead lift and move freely with confidence and without pain.

We wanted to bring to life an offering that would reflect those core functional training aspects that we believe are intrinsic to every athlete.

Momentum is energy, force, power, strength, thrust, speed, and velocity.  It is the motion every single one of you will experience when you follow a My Momentum training plan. Irrespective of your goals (sports specific, weight loss, lifestyle improvements or to look good naked), all of you are athletes.

Your goals automatically become our goals. Your success is built from the momentum we encourage and inspire in each of our individual athletes.

The momentum isn’t ours, the momentum belongs to you. We become your partners to support you in your endeavours.  Each athlete who works with us signs up to take accountability and ownership of their own lifestyle and the required changes associated with this.  As such we’ve created a number of personalised lifestyle programmes which are specific to each and every one of you.
